We are only 5 days into 2011 and the market is already starting to get some great new inventory.
Hermosa Beach has 4 new listings, 2 of which were on the market earlier last year and came off over the holidays.

Redondo Beach has 11 properties on the market, half of which were on in 2010 and 3 are short sales ranging from $470,000 to $1,249,000, mostly townhomes and just a couple single family homes.

As you can see there is already some great activity in the beach cities which looks to be a precursor to the already anticipated weekend after Super bowl Sunday when inventory really starts to flood the market.
